We are capable of supplying a wide variety of cables with any count of copper strands and strands' diameter. Our suppliers make the wire comprising the cables, starting from copper and then extruding the wire Jacket for inner wires and then integrating the inner wires to a harness and extruding an outer sleeve (outer Jacket). This includes some times Grounding mesh, if required.

We can also supply cables, which meet the UL flammability spec. For V0 or V1.

 

CUSTOM MADE Cable Harnesses:
· Telephone coil (handset) cables and Line telephone cables (from a Telephone set to the wall). (Large quantities)
· Custom made cables with over-molded connectors
· Power cables for AC
· Various types of cables with connectors made by famous brands such as Molex and/or compatible connectors made in Taiwan and China.
· Custom made metal connectors made by stamping and/or connectors made of combinations of metal and plastic.
· Outside jacket's (the outer plastic sleeve) material as well as inner wires' material can be made of different materials such as: PVC, PP, PU
· Cables with "smart" inserts.

 

We can also supply the outer jackets to your color requirements in case accurate color specifications. We use a Minolta color tester.  As a default we also supply gold plating thickness measurements by using an X-ray tester.
