Our Tier II manufacturer offers the following services:

Specializes in medium volume, high mix/high complexity surface mount technology (SMT) placement including ball grid array (BGA) and flip chip as well as pin through hole (PTH) printed circuit board assemblies. We offer PCB assembly and test in each of our locations. All of our facilities feature state-of-the-art equipment with in-line 3D solder volume paste inspection, tight process monitoring and x-ray inspection capabilities. Prototypes are tested on fixtureless flying probe testers to provide a low cost, quick turnaround solution to our customers.
In addition to state of the art technologies, they utilizes the most efficient processes available. We use a "cell manufacturing" approach - a cross-functional team is specifically assigned to your project. This creates a sense of ownership and control, resulting in higher quality and faster turnaround. All our products are manufactured using a "continuous flow" process. This process significantly reduces in process time and improves delivery while minimizing handling-related quality issues and assembly costs.

 

Our ISO 9000 and QS 9000 certified quality programs include the development of customer-specific Product Quality Management plans featuring a closed loop corrective action system to resolve customer issues. In addition to online, real time data collection and monitoring, we provide SPC of critical process parameters and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) of solder print and finished assemblies.

We build high precision component sub-assemblies onto complex hybrid PCB and Flex Circuit assemblies and then integrate them into higher level assemblies. Each component we source or manufacture is carefully assembled and tested before final assembly.
• Final Assembly
We have years of experience integrating complex technologies into a higher level system. Our technicians receive special training to handle integration of precision technologies such as RF and optical components.
